EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
A little planning goes a long way. From parking and shuttles to what to bring, festival policies and guest services, here’s what you need to know before arriving at TFC.
FESTIVAL HOURS
Gates open at 10:00 AM daily. Friday & Saturday festival grounds close at 10:00 PM, with Championship Sunday concluding after the final competitions and awards.
PARKING & SHUTTLES
Free General Admission parking is available at Whataburger Field with complimentary shuttle service running every 15 minutes.
VIP & ADA PARKING
Dedicated VIP and ADA parking is located adjacent to the festival grounds. A valid VIP or accessible parking pass is required.
RIDESHARE & DROP-OFF
Uber, Lyft, taxis and limos can use the designated pickup and drop-off area at Kinney Street & Shoreline Boulevard.
PACK SMART. COME READY.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, comfortable shoes and a portable charger. Small folding lawn chairs are welcome in designated areas.
BAGS & PERSONAL ITEMS
Clear bags are strongly encouraged. Small personal bags and clutches are permitted and subject to inspection. Oversized bags, backpacks and coolers are prohibited.
FOOD, DRINKS & PETS
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Pets are not permitted inside the festival grounds; trained service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA requirements.
GUEST SERVICES & ACCESSIBILITY
Guest Services is located behind the Main Stage with festival information, accessibility assistance, Lost & Found and general support. First Aid and accessible restrooms are also available throughout TFC.
