The Texas Food Championship brings culinary competitors together on the Corpus Christi Bayfront for three days of high-energy Food Sport. From BBQ and Live Fire to Burger, Seafood, Dessert, Pasta & Noodle and more, competitors put their skills, creativity and execution to the test.
TFC competitions feature fast-paced 90-minute battles, with dishes evaluated using the E.A.T.™ methodology — Execution, Appearance and Taste. Championship opportunities throughout the weekend can lead to coveted Golden Tickets and advancement to the World Food Championships.
