Judges play an essential role at the Texas Food Championship. Throughout the weekend, competitors step into the arena to create championship-worthy dishes—and it’s the judging panels that help determine who rises to the top.

TFC judging uses the E.A.T.™ methodology — Execution, Appearance and Taste to evaluate each competition entry. Judges experience Food Sport up close while tasting dishes created by chefs, pitmasters, home cooks and rising culinary talent.
