Competitor Registration

The 2026 Texas Food Championship Registration Period will be open from November 1st, 2025 through October 31st, 2026. Payment must be made at the time of registration to complete the process and secure competitor status. Unpaid registrations will be deleted from the system within two (2) weeks. All registrations are non-refundable. However, competitors may transfer their registration to another qualified competitor by notifying TFC in writing at info@texasfoodchampionship.com no later than April 30th, 2026.

Cancellation of Qualifying Events

If a Texas Food Championship qualifying event is postponed, no refunds will be issued. Registration and certification fees will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date of that event. If an event is cancelled with no plans to reschedule, competitors must submit a written request for a potential partial refund. Any refund will be prorated based on the exposure and promotional value already received from TFC’s platform and marketing channels.

Use of Official Brand Mark

The official Texas Food Championship (TFC) brand mark is a registered property of the SFC Holdings LLC. Anyone wishing to use the brand mark for any purpose — marketing, promotional, or otherwise — must request permission in advance by emailing info@texasfoodchampionship.com. All requests must include the intended use, the application, and the length of time the brand mark will be displayed. Approved requests will receive digital versions of the official brand mark, a letter of permission, and brand standards for usage.

 

General Notes

• Registration fees, sponsorship commitments, and ticket purchases are final unless otherwise specified in these policies.

• Competitors, sponsors, and partners are responsible for adhering to TFC competition rules, brand guidelines, and official judging standards.

• Any competitor or sponsor found in violation of competition rules or brand policies may forfeit their participation without refund.

• Additional event-specific policies, competition rules, and FAQs will be posted as the event approaches.
